Returns & Refund Policy – Blend & Brew Dropship Partner Program

At Blend & Brew, we pride ourselves on delivering premium teas and coffees with reliable fulfilment and professional packaging. As part of our dropship program, we want to make sure both you and your customers have a smooth and transparent experience.

Because our products are food and beverage items, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please read the policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • Food Safety: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of tea, coffee, or consumable products once they have been shipped and delivered, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders: If a parcel arrives damaged, contains defective products, or if the wrong item was shipped, we will either (at our discretion):
    • Issue a replacement order at no additional cost, or
    • Provide a full refund for the affected item(s).
  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or customer preference.

3. Lost Parcels: In the rare event that an order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and, once confirmed, send a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please ensure that all shipping addresses provided are accurate and complete at the time of order.
  • In the event that a parcel is returned to Blend & Brew due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided, the cost of re-shipping the order will be your / your end customers responsibility.
  • If your end customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, we may issue a refund for the product cost only (excluding the original shipping cost included in the price).

5. Process for Returns & Refunds

  • To request a refund or replacement, partners must contact us through e-mail within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product (if applicable)
  • Once approved, replacements will be dispatched promptly. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs on Returns

  • For food and beverage items, replacement shipping or refund costs are fully covered by Blend & Brew if the claim is valid.

7. Updates & Policy Changes

We may update this Returns & Refund Policy from time to time to ensure clarity and compliance with UK consumer laws.
