Shipping Policy – Blend & Brew Dropship Partner Program

At Blend & Brew, we aim to provide a seamless fulfilment experience so your orders reach your customers safely, quickly, and reliably.

1. Shipping Methods

  • Small Orders: For small products such as 100g teas, 250g teas, and 200g coffees, we use Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' to ensure secure and timely delivery.
  • Larger Orders: For bigger items such as 500g or 1kg teas and coffees, we use EVRI (2-3 days delivery) and/or UK Royal Mail Small/Medium Parcels depending on size and destination.

2. Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs are included in the product price to keep things easy and hassle-free for you. There are no additional shipping charges.
  • Evri applies surcharges for deliveries outside the UK mainland (e.g., Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland). In such cases, we prefer to use Royal Mail, as they do not add any surcharges for UK deliveries.

3. Fulfilment Time

  • Standard coffee packs (200g, 500g, and 1kg) are usually dispatched the next working day after full payment. Larger bulk box coffee packs are roasted fresh to order and therefore require 3–4 working days handling time before dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination, but most orders are delivered within the estimated 2-3 day window.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Yes, every order comes with tracking. For small orders, we ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48, and for larger orders we use EVRi (2–3 days delivery), both of which provide full tracking details.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, our dropship program is limited to deliveries within the UK.

6. Handling & Packaging

  • All orders are shipped in white-label packaging under your brand, ensuring a professional and branded experience for your customers.
  • Products are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

7. Delivery Issues

  • While we take every care to ensure timely and safe delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the rare event of lost or damaged parcels, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
